Behind the Formula

Lymphoria vs. Cleavera: Same Four Herbs, Different Terms

Both drops pair cleavers, red clover, stillingia and prickly ash in an alcohol-free glycerin base. What separates them is the fine print: price per bottle, the guarantee, how subscriptions work and where you can buy.

Flat-lay of fresh cleavers, red clover blossoms, sliced stillingia root and prickly ash bark with berries around a bowl of amber herbal extract and a glass dropper

We make Cleavera, so we’re not neutral. Here’s a factual side-by-side, with sources.

Lymphoria is one of the best-known names in lymphatic drops, so it’s a natural point of comparison. This page compares what each brand publishes: ingredients, prices and terms. It doesn’t rate anyone’s reviews, ads or product quality.

We read Lymphoria’s refund policy, terms of service and shipping policy on November 3, 2026, and checked its Amazon listing the same day. Its product page didn’t load for us that day, so figures from that page are as listed when we checked it on October 29, 2026. They’re marked with a dagger (†).

What do Lymphoria and Cleavera have in common?

The formula style is the same: four traditional Western herbs in an alcohol-free glycerite, sold in a 2 fl oz bottle.

Both labels list cleavers, red clover, stillingia and prickly ash. On our label they appear as cleavers aerial parts (Galium aparine), red clover flower (Trifolium pratense), stillingia root (Stillingia sylvatica) and prickly ash bark (Zanthoxylum americanum). Western herbalists have traditionally used these herbs to support healthy lymphatic flow.* Our ingredient guide covers each one.

Both are glycerites: extracts made with vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol, which suits people who avoid alcohol. Our comparison of glycerites and tinctures explains the trade-offs.

We know of no published clinical trial of this four-herb formula from any brand, ours included. Our look at whether lymphatic drainage drops work covers what the evidence does and doesn’t show.

The same four herbs doesn’t mean identical bottles. Labels can differ in the amount of each herb, the plant parts used and how the extract is made, so compare the two Supplement Facts panels side by side.

How do Lymphoria and Cleavera compare side by side?

On their own websites the two cost almost the same, so the clearest differences are guarantee length, subscription reminders and where each one is sold.

Which costs less per bottle, Lymphoria or Cleavera?

On the two brand websites, neither is meaningfully cheaper: one bottle and three bottles cost within a dime of each other.

At the top of each range, Cleavera’s six bottles work out to $23.33 each, about 67 cents a bottle less than Lymphoria’s five-bottle bundle at about $24.00.† Lymphoria’s bundle costs $19.97 less up front, though ($119.98 against $139.95), which matters if you aren’t sure you’ll use six bottles.

Amazon is where Lymphoria can cost less. When we checked on November 3, 2026, Amazon showed new bottles of Lymphoria from $25.90 across several sellers, below either brand’s website price for a single bottle. Amazon prices move often, so check the current one.

Subscriptions narrow the gap at both brands, since each takes 25% off. At Cleavera that brings a bottle to $29.96, and subscriptions ship free. One-time orders ship free over $50 in the US. Lymphoria’s shipping policy doesn’t list a cost, so check the total at checkout. Our bundles and savings page shows every Cleavera option.

How do the money-back guarantees compare?

Cleavera’s guarantee is twice as long: 60 days from delivery, against Lymphoria’s 30 days.

Ours covers your whole first order, opened bottles included. We may ask for any unopened bottles back. The full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Lymphoria’s refund policy gives you 30 days from the delivery date and doesn’t ask you to send the product back, which is simpler than our process. The policy applies only to orders placed directly on lymphoria.co, and subscription renewals after the 30-day window aren’t eligible for a refund. Its Amazon listing showed the drops as non-returnable when we checked.

Why the length matters: at 1 mL twice a day, one 59 mL bottle lasts about a month, so a 30-day window can close around the time you finish your first bottle. For context, Nature’s Sunshine offers 90 days, longer than either of us.

How do subscriptions work at each brand?

Both brands take 25% off for subscribing. The difference is in how renewals are handled.

At Cleavera, subscribe and save is optional and never pre-selected, so a one-time purchase is the default. We email you before every renewal, subscriptions ship free and you can cancel in one click.

Lymphoria’s terms say a subscription bills every 30 days by default, with the option to switch to every 45 or 60 days. You need to cancel at least 24 hours before the next shipment, through the customer portal on its site or by email. Its terms don’t mention a reminder before renewal.

Whichever brand you choose, read the subscription box before you pay and note the date of the next charge.

Where can you buy Lymphoria and Cleavera?

Lymphoria sells on its own site and on Amazon. Cleavera sells only on getcleavera.com.

Amazon is a real convenience: a familiar checkout, Amazon’s own shipping and everything in one cart. Lymphoria’s shipping policy also covers international orders, while we ship only within the US.

We sell in one place so we can stand behind every first order with the same guarantee and answer your questions ourselves through our contact page. The trade-off is that you can’t add us to an Amazon cart. You can find our drops on the Lymphatic Drainage Drops page.

How does Lymphoria compare with Nature’s Sunshine?

Nature’s Sunshine’s Lymphatic Drainage is the long-established product in this style, and its current label differs from Lymphoria’s by one herb: it lists red root where Lymphoria lists stillingia.

The Nature’s Sunshine product page lists cleavers, red clover flower, red root and prickly ash bark in vegetable glycerin and water, in a 2 oz bottle with 59 servings. It costs $37.95, or $28.45 with a 25% subscription, and carries a 90-day money-back guarantee, the longest of the three brands here.

Where is each brand the stronger choice?

Lymphoria is stronger on convenience and reach. Cleavera is stronger on guarantee length and subscription safeguards.

Where Lymphoria is stronger

  • Amazon. You can buy it there, with new bottles listed from $25.90 when we checked.
  • International shipping. Its shipping policy covers orders outside the US.
  • No-return refunds. You don’t have to send the product back to get your money.
  • Lower up-front bundle cost. Its largest bundle is $119.98 for five bottles.†
  • Billing pace. Subscribers can choose billing every 30, 45 or 60 days.

Where Cleavera is stronger

  • Guarantee. 60 days on your whole first order, opened bottles included.
  • Subscriptions. Never pre-selected, with a reminder email before every renewal.
  • Price per bottle at the top. $23.33 a bottle in our six-pack.
  • No results timeline. We don’t promise results by a certain date, because no study of this formula supports one.

Where we still fall short

Our label lists a 300 mg proprietary blend per mL, not the amount of each herb, and we haven’t published batch certificates of analysis (COAs) yet. If either matters to you, email us and we’ll tell you what we can.

How do you choose between any two lymphatic drops?

Compare the label first, then the terms: price per bottle, guarantee, subscription rules and where the guarantee applies.

  1. Line up the Supplement Facts panels. Check the herbs, plant parts, amount per serving and base.
  2. Work out the price per bottle at the quantity you’ll actually use, then add shipping.
  3. Read the refund policy. How many days? Do they start at order or delivery? Do opened bottles count? Do you have to send anything back?
  4. Read the subscription terms before checkout. Is it pre-selected? How often does it bill? Will you get a reminder? How do you cancel?
  5. Check where you’re buying. A brand’s guarantee may cover only orders placed on its own site.
  6. Be cautious with promised timelines. The FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, and it calls randomized, controlled human trials the most reliable kind.

The same cautions apply to both brands, because the herbs are the same. Cleavera is for adults only. Talk to your healthcare professional before using any lymphatic drops if you’re pregnant or nursing, take medication (including blood thinners or hormone therapy), have a hormone-sensitive or bleeding condition, or have surgery scheduled. Red clover naturally contains plant isoflavones, and the NCCIH notes that red clover supplements may be unsafe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stillingia is traditionally used only in small amounts. Stop use if you experience nausea or digestive upset.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lymphoria the same formula as Cleavera?

Both list the same four herbs in an alcohol-free glycerin base: cleavers, red clover, stillingia and prickly ash. Labels can still differ in the amount of each herb, the plant parts used and how the extract is made, so compare the two Supplement Facts panels side by side before you decide.

Is Lymphoria legit?

We make a competing product, so we’re not the right people to judge another brand. You can check any brand yourself: read its Supplement Facts panel, refund policy and subscription terms before you buy, and confirm that its guarantee covers the place you’re buying from.

Is Lymphoria cheaper than Cleavera?

Not on the brand websites, where the prices we found were within a dime: $39.99 vs. $39.95 for one bottle and $79.98 vs. $79.90 for three. On Amazon, Lymphoria can cost less. New bottles were listed from $25.90 when we checked on November 3, 2026, and Amazon prices change often.

What is a good Lymphoria alternative?

If you want the same four herbs with a longer guarantee, Cleavera offers 60 days on your whole first order, opened bottles included. Nature’s Sunshine’s Lymphatic Drainage offers 90 days, though its current label lists red root instead of stillingia. Compare labels and terms to decide.

How is Lymphoria different from Nature’s Sunshine?

Nature’s Sunshine’s current label lists red root where Lymphoria lists stillingia, and both use a glycerin base. Nature’s Sunshine lists $37.95 a bottle, 25% off with a subscription and a 90-day money-back guarantee. Lymphoria’s guarantee runs 30 days from delivery.

How long should I try lymphatic drops before deciding?

No study gives a timeline for this formula, so we don’t promise one. We suggest three to four weeks of consistent use before you judge any herbal routine. At 1 mL twice a day, one 59 mL bottle lasts about a month, so pick a guarantee that runs longer than that.
